Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Keryx web application and related websites (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Keryx helps hiring teams draft, check and archive candidate-facing content. Features, limits and pricing are described on our pricing page and may change over time.
2. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Keryx.
3. Acceptable use
- No illegal content, harassment, discrimination or hateful conduct.
- No attempts to break, probe or overload the Service.
- No use of the Service to create content that violates applicable employment law.
- No reselling of raw AI generations as your own SaaS product.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you submit to Keryx. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely so we can provide the Service to you (for example, generating drafts, running Herald Check and showing your audit trail).
5. AI-generated output
Keryx uses large language models to generate drafts. Output can be inaccurate, biased or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every draft before you publish or send it. Herald Check is a heuristic assistant, not a legal review.
6. Plans, billing and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless stated otherwise. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, add or remove features, and impose reasonable rate limits.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keryx and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Keryx operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
